Sin Yin Long

Sin Yin Long is an Executive Director with Rennie, based in Sydney.

Sin Yin has over 15 years of experience supporting clients in their strategies and transactions.

Her strategy work includes corporate strategy, business unit strategy, organic and inorganic growth strategy, market assessment and market entry strategy.

She also supports private equity and corporate clients with their transactions and portfolio companies. These services include commercial due diligence, operational due diligence and value creation strategy.

Some of the sectors Sin Yin focusses on are: Industrial Products and Services, Education, Environment and Waste, Health and Human Services, as well as Technology.

Sin Yin started her consulting career with McKinsey & Company and prior to joining Rennie, was Partner at both EY Parthenon / Port Jackson Partners and PwC Strategy&.

Prior to consulting, Sin Yin worked at Akzo Nobel for a decade in a variety of sustainability, technical and commercial roles. She was last Business Unit Manager with full P&L responsibility across the Asia Pacific.

Sin Yin graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore (First Class Honors). She was also awarded scholarships to complete a Masters in Environmental Sustainability (Distinction) in Sweden and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (Distinction) in the US.
